MODIFIED VENEER

Modified veneer is extracted from fast-growing trees grown on plantations in Africa. Natural material rotary cuted to the veneer sheet, which after the removal of defects and imperfections are subjected to staining and gluing in special blocks. In this form it is pressed what gives it the right design – the wood pattern. Then the block is cut for single sheets – veneers. The resulting material is a reflection of veneers obtained using the traditional method. However in the case of modified veneer, we have full guarantee repeatability of wood grain and color.

NATURAL VENEER

Natural veneer is thin sheets of wood produced by cutting flat or rotary. Logs of wood after the drying process, are sliced for veneer sheets which later are assembled into bundles. While maintaining appropriate order formed the continuity of the grain and the same shade as part of the package.

Flexible plywood is a modern material used in the furniture industry, but also in the design of interiors and luxury yachts. Very high resistance to fracture with characteristic flexibility makes plywood is ideal as a replacement for the more expensive and more difficult to process plywoods, such us cutted MDF.

The surface of plywood is sanded in the production process. This allows you to cover it by veneer, paint, PVC and other materials treatment, including lacquers and wood stain.
